You determine the angles, openings and cut pattern using any of our plywood products as the grid structure or use one of our standard grid patterns; the options are endless. Applications
Maxi Grid holds a standard Group 3 Fire Rating. For more information regarding our Fire Ratings, please send details of your enquiry, the project name and application details through to [email protected] and one of our friendly team will be in touch shortly.

Maxiply will provide the Studco M534 Suspension Clip for ceiling installations, as per the image shown. The clip is then simply attached to a standard 5mm suspended ceiling rod.

Maxi Grid can be customised with lengths; although being limited with the 2400mm length of ply. You can also customise the groove to allow for larger or smaller squares or even rectangles. As per the images shown, we can also provide ‘block-out’ panels for sprinkler heads and light fixtures. The options are endless.

Baltic Birch, Monterey Pine and Baltic Pine are FSC® Certified- FSC-C139021 timber products, sourced from responsible forestry’s both environmentally and socially. Maxi Grid is also manufactured and pre- finished in-house in Melbourne.

Keep in mind– For Maxi Grid manufactured using plywood, for maximum durability and a longer life, all edges should be sealed with a clear hard-wax oil. Tins of hard-wax oil and coloured touch up oil are available for purchase. Maxi Grid is primarily for internal use.
